Ex-OSD to Goa Governor Abhilash Kaimal Named Advisor to Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan

In a significant development, Abhilash Kaimal, who previously served as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Hon’ble Governor of Goa, has been appointed as Strategic Advisor to the Family office of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Ahmed Al Maktoum.
