Calangute: Police Constable Sarvesh Mandrekar From Nachinola Aldona. Son in law of Corjuem while on patrolling duty at Calangute beach on Thursday evening, found an unattended bag and successfully traced its owner. After verification, the bag was handed over to a tourist from Mumbai. It contained a gold chain valued at approximately 1.2 lakh, ₹32,000 in cash, and important ID documents. The prompt action ensured the safe return of the valuables.
