Goa-Chhattisgarh match ends in a draw
Vadodara: Goa Under-16s’ batting collapsed as their two-day All India Under-16 J.Y. Lele Invitational Cricket Tournament match against Chhattisgarh ended in a draw. Chhattisgarh, after making 212 for nine in their first innings, bowled Goa out for 120 in 66.4 overs. Chhattisgarh finished their second innings at 28 for two in 10.2 overs. Chhattisgarh earned valuable first-innings lead points.
At the Infipro Sports Academy Cricket Ground, Chhattisgarh won the toss and elected to bat first. Goa struggled with the bat, with opener Vishram Parab putting up a lone fight with 47. For Chhattisgarh, Ayush and Chandra Prakash Sahu claimed three wickets each.
