Former Calangute MLA Agnelo Fernandes Rejoins Congress, Vows to Raise Party Flag in Calangute

Former Calangute MLA Agnelo Fernandes rejoined the Congress party in the presence of Leader of Opposition Yuri Alemao, MLA Carlos Ferreira, MLA Altone D’Costa and other senior leaders.

Fernandes said he had stayed away from the party due to certain issues but never joined any other political party. “Only Congress can take Goa forward. I assure you that I will do my best to raise the Congress flag in Calangute and North Goa,” he said.
