Vice President Radhakrishnan Arrives in Goa, Accorded Guard of Honour
Dabolim: Vice President of India C.P. Radhakrishnan arrived in Goa on Thursday at INS Hansa, Dabolim, and was accorded a warm welcome. Governor Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, MLA Krishna Daji Salkar, Chief Secretary Dr. V. Candavelou, IAS, and other dignitaries received the Vice President at the naval base. A police contingent presented a guard of honour on his arrival.
The Vice President is in the state to grace the 40th Goa Statehood Day function at Kala Academy, Panaji.
