Huge response for Goa govt’s Ayurvedic health check-up initiative

PANAJI: (May 1) Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has launched a statewide healthcare initiative- “Health with Ayurveda, Checked By Doctor 2.0”- aimed at strengthening preventive healthcare through Ayurveda-based interventions.

The programme was inaugurated at the Goa College of Ayurveda and Yogic Sciences in Harvalem in the presence of State Health Minister Vishwajit Rane. Under the initiative, multi-speciality Ayurvedic health check-up camps will be organised across all 40 constituencies in the coastal state over the next 40 days, focusing on preventive healthcare and promoting traditional systems of medicine.
