Dual Rescue Ops in North Goa by fire services : Cat Saved from Coconut Tree, Mango Branch Damages House
Mapusa: – In a busy morning for fire services two separate incidents kept fire crews on their toes in North Goa .At 07:48 HRS, a cat was rescued from a coconut tree near Khorlim Simer Canca Bypass in Mapusa. Led by firefighter Prashant Shetgaonkar, the Mapusa Fire Station team safely retrieved the stranded feline.
Hours later, at 09:51 HRS, a branch of a mango tree fell on a house near St. Thomas Church in Cottar, Aldona. Sub Officer Dnyaneshwar Sawant and the Mapusa fire crew responded swiftly, assessing the damage and ensuring no one was hurt.Both incidents are being reviewed by authorities
