Goa University’s New VC Prof. Rajendra S. Gad Calls on Governor; Roadmap for Academic Growth Discussed
Panaji: Newly appointed Vice-Chancellor of Goa University, Prof. Rajendra S. Gad called on the Governor of Goa and Chancellor of Goa University, Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju at Lok Bhavan, Dona Paula on Monday.
It was a courtesy call following his appointment as the Vice-Chancellor of the state’s premier university During the meeting, the Governor congratulated Prof. Gad on his new assignment and wished him a successful tenure.
The Governor expressed confidence that under Prof. Gad’s leadership, Goa University will achieve new heights of academic excellence, research and innovation.
Prof. Gad briefed the Governor on his vision for the university and assured his commitment to strengthening the academic and administrative framework of the institution.
