CM Pramod Sawant Flags Off Mega TirangaRally in Panaji to Mark 80th Independence Day
As part of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign and to commemorate 150 years of our National Song, Vande Mataram, Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant flagged off a #TirangaRally from Miramar Circle to Azad Maidan, honouring our Tricolour and celebrating the 80th Independence Day
The rally was organised by the Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs, Government of Goa.
WRD Minister Subhash Shirodkar, Sports Minister, Ramesh Tawadkar, Tourism Minister, Shri. Rohan Khaunte, MLAs Smt. Delilah Lobo, Shri Rodolfo Fernandes and Shri. Premendra Vishnu Shet, Secretary (Sports) Shri Santosh Sukhadeve, IAS, Collector North Goa, Shri. Ankit Yadav, IAS, Director of Sports, Dr. Ajay Gaude, ZP Member, along with students, youth and citizens, enthusiastically participated in the rally.
The Har Ghar Tiranga campaign aims to encourage every household to hoist the National Flag between 11th to 15th August, fostering unity and national pride.
