Bihar: 80 commercial firms engaged in suspicious financial activities in districts bordering Nepal

PATNA: (Jun 18) The Bihar government on Thursday said that it has identified 80 commercial establishments allegedly involved in suspicious financial activities in districts bordering Nepal.

Investigations have also uncovered serious financial irregularities and instances of suspicious foreign investments in several institutions and business entities within Araria district.

These cases have been referred to the competent authorities for further action, according to a statement issued by the Cabinet Secretariat.
