Upload orders, verdicts on CIS the day they are passed: Bombay HC directs judges in Maharashtra, Goa

Goa The Bombay High Court has issued a stern directive to all judicial officers across Maharashtra and Goa, mandating the uploading of orders and judgments on the Case Information System (CIS) server on the day they are passed, officials said on Saturday.

In a circular aimed at ensuring transparency and efficiency, the high court warned that failure to comply with these timelines would be viewed as a serious lapse.

“All the Judicial Officers in the State of Maharashtra and Goa shall note that the orders and judgments passed by them are to be uploaded on CIS Server on the same day,” stated the order issued by HC’s Registrar General Swapnil C Khati.
