KEC International bags orders worth Rs 2,872 cr from Power Grid Corporation of India
NEW DELHI: (Oct 24) KEC International on Saturday said it has secured orders worth Rs 2,872 crore from Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL) for the design, supply and installation of 765 kV transmission lines.
With these wins, the year-to-date order intake has crossed Rs 13,500 crore, including Rs 9,500 crore from the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) business, the RPG Group company said in a statement.
According to the statement, KEC International, a global infrastructure Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) major, has secured turnkey orders of Rs 2,872 crore for design, supply and installation of 765 kV transmission lines from PGCIL.
