Porvorim Shootout Was Stage-Managed Drama, Claims Shooter in Viral Reel
PORVORIM – The firing incident involving Mr. Srinivas Nayak, Managing Director of Majestic Casino, on the late evening of August 28, has taken a new turn after the alleged sharp shooter made startling claims in a viral Instagram reel. In the reel, the alleged contract killer, identified as Amitraj Naga, has claimed that the shootout was not an attempt to murder but a stage-managed drama allegedly planned by Mr. Nayak himself. Naga alleged that he was instructed to carry out cross-firing with an assurance that neither Mr. Srinivas nor his bodyguard would be hurt. He claimed he was promised a huge amount for the job.
“I was advised to do cross-firing but both should be safe and sound, otherwise they would have come with marks on their faces,” he is heard saying in the video. “We would have killed him on the spot as we opened fire on him from a close range of just one meter.
“Questioning how both firings failed, he added, “Why did my firing fail to aim at him and why did his bodyguard fail to kill me?” He further stated that he has been visiting the casino frequently for the past one year and that “all evidence is with them only.””Whoever is giving me money, I am doing the job for him for the sake of money and nothing else,” he added in the reel.He further stated that we actually fire 6 rounds in the cross fire but no body was injured adding this was meticulously planned by the Majestic hotel owner himself Mr Srinivas Nayak.
“Mr Nayak used me in the cross firing but I have nothing to say as Mr Nayak promised me Rs 10 crores if I faced any problems from the police once the job was done.
Besides he told me to reveal the name of Mr Pappu and this message was conveyed to me by his body guard who came to me by wearing mask on his face.
“I did this dangerous job just for the sake of money and nothing else adding I do not know this issue will be blown to such a stature”. He gave me an advance of Rs 25 lakh and promised me to pay rest once the job was done.
“Now the investigating police offices from Goa crime branch and the supari killers are baying for my blood” he informed. ” I am willing to surrender before court provided the court promises me to protect as I have full faith in the court, ” he added.
