Goa Conferred National ‘Winner State Award’ for Overall Performance under PMFME Scheme;

Panaji: Goa has been conferred with the “Winner State Award for Overall Performance” under the Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) Scheme in the Small State category by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI), Government of India.

The award was presented at the PMFME Conclave organised by MoFPI at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, during the two-day Conclave held on August 24 and 25, 2026. Union Minister for Food Processing Industries,  Chirag Paswan, presented the award to the Goa PMFME team in recognition of the State’s overall performance in implementation of the Scheme.
