Congress Constitutes Political Affairs Committee for Goa

Panaji, August 20, 2026: The All India Congress Committee has approved the constitution of the Political Affairs Committee (PAC) of the Goa Pradesh Congress Committee, with immediate effect.

The committee will be headed by AICC In-charge Manikrao Thakare as Chairman, with GPCC President Girish Chodankar, Leader of Opposition Yuri Alemao, AICC Co-in-charge Dr. Anjali Nimbalkar, senior leaders and other key party functionaries as members.

The 29-member committee comprises senior Congress leaders and representatives from across Goa. The State Heads of all frontal organisations will serve as Ex-Officio Members.
