Dr. Kashinath Jalmi Chair in Konkani Tribal Studies Launched at Goa University”

Panaji: Tribal Welfare Minister  Ramesh Tawadkar inaugurated the Dr. Kashinath Jalmi Chair in Konkani Tribal Studies at a function organised by the Directorate of Visiting Research Professors Programme (D-VRPP), Goa University, with support from the Directorate of Art & Culture, Government of Goa, at Goa University, Taleigao.

The Vice-Chancellor of Goa University, Prof. Harilal B. Menon; Registrar, Prof. Sunder Dhuri; and other dignitaries were also present.
