Independence Day at People’s high school
People’s School, Panaji, celebrated the 80th Independence Day with patriotic fervour and enthusiasm. The National Flag was hoisted by Dr. Veena Angle, microbiologist and Chief Guest.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Angle urged students to uphold the values of unity, integrity, discipline and democracy and contribute towards making our nation proud.
