Timely Action by Mapusa Fire Service Averts Major Mishap as Tree Falls on Wires in Siolim Amid Heavy Rainfall
Mapusa : A major accident was averted after a tree fell on electrical wires near Bishop’s House, Siolim at 12:48 HRS on Saturday . The Mapusa Fire Station team, under firefighter Shahid Khan, reached the site immediately and secured the area to prevent any untoward incident. Mapusa fire services have urged residents to remain cautious during monsoon winds and report such hazards to emergency services at the earliest.
