Goa: HC to pronounce verdict on appeal against Tejpal’s acquittal in sexual assault case on Thursday
PANAJI: (Aug 5) The Bombay High Court has directed former Tehelka editor Tarun Tejpal to be present Thursday morning when it pronounces its verdict on the Goa government’s appeal against his acquittal in a 2013 sexual assault case.
A division bench comprising Justices Dr Neela Gokhale and Amit Jamsandekar reserved the judgement last week following detailed arguments from both sides.
