Goa Cricket Association Invites Applications for Fresher’s Umpire Recruitment ( Male/ Female Candidates)
With the objective of strengthening the standard of cricket officiating in the state and creating opportunities for former cricketers to remain actively involved in the game, the Goa Cricket Association (GCA) invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Fresher Umpires under the Player Quota.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill the following conditions:
* Be below 40 years of age (born on or after 1st September 1986).
* Have represented Goa Cricket Association and played a minimum of five (5) BCCI-recognised matches at any level.
The recruitment process will consist of:
* Verification of eligibility and playing credentials.
* Written examination on the Laws of Cricket.
* Personal interview.
* Practical on-field assessment.
* Mandatory training sessions conducted by qualified instructors.
