Stage Set for Women’s Leadership & Empowerment Summit in Goa; Celebrating Women Achievers, Leaders and Changemakers

Porvorim, Goa: The stage is set for the much-awaited Women’s Leadership & Empowerment Summit, a landmark initiative celebrating women who are creating an impact across diverse fields through leadership, innovation, resilience, and determination. The summit will be held on 20th June, 2026, at Hotel Grand Kadamba, Porvorim, Goa, bringing together prominent personalities, industry experts, entrepreneurs, professionals, and inspiring voices from across sectors.

The summit will be graced by Chief Guest Shri Subhash Phal Dessai, Minister for Social Welfare, Government of Goa, whose presence reflects the importance of initiatives promoting social welfare, empowerment, equal opportunities, and inclusive growth. Smt. Delilah Lobo, Member of the Goa Legislative Assembly from Siolim Constituency, has been invited to attend the summit, adding further significance to an event dedicated to recognising women’s contributions and achievements across various domains.

Speaking about her journey, Saili Parab – Mrs Goa 2025, Fashion Entrepreneur, Founder of Urban Kusum, and NET-qualified lecturer, said, “Fashion designing provides opportunities to build a brand, create employment, and bring confidence and joy to clients through personalised designs. It offers a platform to combine passion with purpose while continuously learning and evolving with changing trends and customer needs.”

Highlighting opportunities in the beauty and wellness industry, Tracy Pinto, Professional Makeup Artist & Educator, Bridal & Fashion Specialist, Co-Founder of the Professional School of Makeup, Goa, said, “The opportunities are vast, especially considering the wedding market in Goa, which attracts clients from across India.”
