Road Resurfacing Works at Khorlim, Vidyanagar begins MLA Assures Better Connectivity
Mapusa: Mapusa MLA Joshua D’Souza on Tuesday inspected the ongoing road resurfacing works from Shmashan Bhoomi, Khorlim to Shri Nitesh Kudtarkar’s house and across Vidyanagar Colony near Saraswat Ground. The works are being undertaken to improve road conditions and ease connectivity for residents and commuters in the area. During the inspection, the MLA reviewed the progress and directed officials to ensure quality and timely completion of the project.
“These works will ensure smoother movement and better accessibility for locals. I request the continued cooperation of all Mhapsekars during the execution,” D’Souza said.
Residents of Khorlim and Vidyanagar have long raised concerns over pothole-ridden stretches, especially during the monsoon. The resurfacing is expected to address daily commuting woes in the densely populated wards.
