Goa class 10 results: 94.51 per cent students pass, girls outshine boys
PANAJI: (Apr 26) The results of the Goa board’s class 10 examination, declared on Sunday, showed girls have outperformed boys, with an overall pass percentage of students 94.51 per cent.
Addressing a press conference, Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) chairman Bhagirath Shetye said that out of 20,618 students who appeared for the examination conducted in March, 19,486 have successfully passed.
He said girls outperformed boys in this year’s results, recording a pass percentage of 96.51 per cent compared to 94.37 per cent among boys.
