Vasco: Protocol Minister, Mauvin Godhino welcomed Speaker of the Lok Sabha,om Birla at Dabolim Airport on his arrival in Goa for the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA), India Region (Zone VII – West Zone) Conference, at Miramar,.
