“Goa Medical College’s Community Medicine Dept Bags Coveted S S Lahiri Trophy for 11th Straight Year”
Panaji: The Department of Community Medicine has been Awarded the prestigious S S Lahiri Trophy for Best Inter Departmental Research for a record 11th consecutive year at Annual Social Gathering “Utkarsh” of the Goa Medical College at the Dinanath Mangeshar Auditorium, Kala Academy Goa.
The Professor HoD of Community Medicine Dr Jagadish Kakodkar received the glittering heritage trophy at the hands of Director BITS Pilani Goa Prof Dr Suman Kundu and Dean GMC Prof Jai Prakash Tiwari in presence of Prof Dr Francisco Couto & Prof Dr Sandip Sardessai and GMC Students Association.
