‘Goa’s Special Children Shine at keshav kala Mahotsav
Bicholim: Minister for Social Welfare, Shri Subhash Phal Dessai inaugurated Keshav Kala Mahotsav 2026 organized by Keshav Seva Sadhana School for Special Children, Valpoi (Sattari), in collaboration with the Directorate of Art & Culture at Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali Mayem MLA Shri Premendra Shet, Shri Khagendra Hegde Desai, were also present along with the management of Keshav Seva Sadhana School for Special Children.
This year’s event, themed “Krishna Nritya,” witnessed enthusiastic participation from special schools across Goa. The event highlighted the importance of inclusive platforms that enable children with special needs to express themselves through art and culture.
