“Vidnyan Dhara 2026: Igniting Curiosity, Empowering Minds”
Panaji: The fifth edition of Vidnyan Dhara 2026, a statewide science outreach initiative, concluded with a valedictory function held at Sanskruti Bhavan, Patto. The programme was organised by the Goa State Higher Education Council (GSHEC) in collaboration with the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE).
The programme was attended by Director of Higher Education Bhushan Savaikar, Prof. D. N. Rao, Prof. Utpal Tatu, Prof. M. K. Janarthanam, Prof. Vithal Tilvi, Event Coordinator Prof. Mahesh Majik, along with resource persons, institutional heads and students.
