“Panaji: Jack Sukhija is a first-time candidate in the upcoming Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) elections. A Proud Ponjekar, he has lived in Panaji all his life and describes the city as both his home and workplace. He is the son of Dr Lili Sequeira Sukhija and the grandson of the late Dr. Jack Sequeira, Goa’s first Leader of the Opposition and a key figure in the state’s political history.

An alumnus of the prestigious Goa Institute of Management, Jack is a businessman with his heart set on heritage conservation. He is currently the president of the Travel and Tourism Association of Goa and a founder-director at Heritage First Goa
