Eight Senior Police Officers Reshuffled

PANAJI: On the recommendation of Goa Service Board, the Governor of Goa ordered transfer and posting of eight senior scale officers (Superintendent of Police) from Goa Police
Service in public interest, according to a press release issued

The Superintendent of police Mr Rajendra Raut Dessai posted as SP Wireless from Coastal Security, SP Principal Police Training school, Valpoi, Mr Santosh Desai posted as SP south with additional charge of SP, SP Kushavati. While SP Motor Transport, Mr Jivba G Dalvi, SP Coastal Security, SP Tushar N Vernekar, SP, Goa police Headquarter, SP Ms Nutan U Vernekar, Anti -HumanTrafficking Unit, with additional charge of SP Pink Force , SP Mr Rajan Y Nigalye, SP Anti Corruption Bureau, and SP PravinKumar G Vast, SP Tourists police unit awaiting posting. Mr Tushar Vernekar, will continue to hold the charge of deputy Superintendent of police (CM security) in addition to his own duties,until further orders. Ms Nutan shall continue to hold the charge of Deputy SP (AHTU) in addition to her own duties until further orders. Rajan shall continue to hold the charge of deputy SP, (ACB) in addition to his own duties until further orders.Mr Pravin Kumar shall continue to hold the charge of deputy SP, headquarters (Liasoning and procurement Cell) in addition to his own duties, until further orders. Mr Dalvi shall hold the charge of Deputy SP of police (crime 1) in addition to his duties until further orders.
