“India Takes the Helm: Goa Maritime Conclave 2026 to Address Regional Threats”
Commandant of Naval War College, Goa, Rear Admiral Arjun Dev Nair, addressed media about the fifth edition of the Goa Maritime Conclave (GMC-26) is scheduled to be held on February 21, 2026, in Goa, with participation from 14 Indian Ocean Region countries.
The theme for this edition is “ Common maritime security challenges in the IOR-progressing lines of effort to mitigate dynamic threats.
This edition of the GMC-26 will be hosted for the first time at the Chola Bhawan, the new academic complex of the Naval War College, Goa.
