“Mysterious Deaths in Maharashtra Hotel: Goa Mother-Son Duo Found Dead, Probe On”
PANAJI: Mystery shrouds the death of two persons (mother and her son) from Pernem, Goa in a hotel room in Devgad in Maharashtra. As per sources, the two persons from Pernem -Goa allegedly found dead in a hotel room in Devgad, Maharashtra. According to police, a woman and her son resident of Balkhazan-Korgao in Pernem Taluka allegedly committed suicide. According to reliable sources, Ms Sharada aged around 60, and her son Sudesh aged 30 had checked into a hotel in Devgad but when there was no sign of movement or response from inside the room, the hotel staff alerted the police. The incident came to light when police broke open the lock of the room and found both of them were dead.
Maharashtra police then alerted the Goa police and during preliminary inquiries authorities confirmed that both the residents of Pernem in Goa. However, the Pernem police station in charge Mr Nitin Halankar revealed that they came to know about the incident through social media. Police Inspector attached to Pernem police station is investigating the case further to ascertain the exact cause of deaths..
