“Blaze of Change: CM Reviews Fire Safety Measures”
Porvorim: Chief Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawant chaired a Review meeting of the Directorate of Fire & Emergency Services, and reviewed the report on operations, preparedness and overall management of the Directorate of Fire Services at Mantralaya, Porvorim.
CM held a comprehensive review of departmental functioning, with a specific focus on streamlining the issuance of Fire Safety NOCs to institutions, while ensuring strict adherence to safety norms.
Cm also conducted a general assessment of resources, response mechanisms and operational readiness, and directed officials to strengthen efficiency, coordination and public service delivery.
