Association of Goa Wushu to organise State and Inter-College Wushu Championships
Mapusa: The Association of Goa Wushu in associate with Anjuna Caisua Village Panchayat will be organising the 8th All Goa State Level Wushu Championship 2026 & 2nd Inter-College Wushu Championship 2026 on January 29 and 30, 2026, at the Anjuna – Caisua Panchayat Hall, Chivar, Chapora.
Please note: the weighing for State Level & Inter College, Sub Junior, Junior & Senior all the categories will be held on 28th January at the same venue 10.00am to 5pm. All documents i.e. the duly filled entry form, Aadhar card copy, four passport-size photographs, fitness certificate and Registration fee of ₹500 need to be submitted.
The Sub Junior & Junior category events will be held on 29th January. The Senior category & 2nd Inter College events will be held on 30th January 8am onwards. The championship will feature competitions in Sanda, Taolu and Kung Fu events for male and female categories, ranging from 8 years to 40 years. Participants must compulsorily wear the Wushu uniform, along with gum shield and bandage, while a groin guard is mandatory for boys.
Outstanding performers from the championships will be given opportunities to represent Goa at Wushu Nationals, All India University Wushu Championships, All India Police Games, School Games, National Games, and other International Wushu events.
