CM felicitated members of the 2nd Vidhan Sabha of the State of Goa (1994-1999).
Earlier, Speaker of the Goa Legislative Assembly, Dr. Ganesh Gaonkar alongside Leader of Opposition, Yuri Alemao & others lit the lamp as part of the inaugural function.
