Pilerne: In a vibrant celebration of nature and community spirit, the Herbal Garden & Mini Amphitheatre was inaugurated at Alto-Saulem, Pilerne, ringing in the New Year 2026. Dignitaries including GTDC Chairman & MLA Saligao Kedar Naik, North Goa ZP Adyaksha Reshma Bandodkar, and Goa Biodiversity Board Member Secretary Pradip Sarmokadam graced the occasion.

The event transformed into a joyous carnival with Green Valley and Pilerne residents grooving to dance beats, showcasing talents, and participating in eco-friendly activities like card making and drawing. The crowd had a blast in Housie and spot games, making it a truly inclusive celebration.
