KCCA students to host bake sale at FIERCE Markets
Margao, December 2025 – Students of Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts will host a bake sale at FIERCE Markets at Mungul, along Colva-Margao road, on December 20 and 21, offering a selection of festive desserts, breads and savouries prepared by student chefs.
The menu will feature Bomboloni doughnuts, milk chocolate doughnuts, carrot cake, Christmas fruit cake, rum balls, panettone, cinnamon rolls and savouries such as chicken and vegetable quiche. A selection of cookies will also be available.
The bake sale gives students hands-on exposure to live market operations and customer interaction as part of the FIERCE Markets initiative.
