New Delhi – The Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnaad Mahotsav held at Bharat Mandapam, Delhi, was not just a celebration but a proclamation of Bharat’s ongoing cultural renaissance. Following the reinstatement of Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya, a new era has dawned, marking the resurgence of Indian culture and values.
Union Minister for Tourism and Culture Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat said , “Sanatan Dharma stands against no one, but those who obstruct its eternal flow will not be tolerated.” He further lauded Dr. Jayant Athavale, founder of Sanatan Sanstha, for 25 years of dedicated work that has nurtured spirituality, ethics, national awareness, and awakened dharmic consciousness in society.

Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain (Supreme Court) questioned, “Why do governments in several states control only Hindu temples? Why is mismanagement in mosques and churches ignored?” He urged that “the struggle must continue until every encroached Hindu temple across the nation is liberated.”

“The blowing of the conch symbolizes the war between Dharma and Adharma. This Mahotsav in the national capital ensures that Dharma will emerge victorious,” said Shri Alok Kumar, International Working President, Vishva Hindu Parishad. He added that the recent terror attack in Delhi has dispelled the myth that jihad stems from poverty or illiteracy, showing instead that it comes from radical ideology.

Dr. Suresh Chavhanke, Editor-in-Chief of Sudarshan News Network, said, “Hindus have been taught ‘We two, our two,’ which has led to a steep decline in birth rates among Hindus, especially in cities like Delhi (1.1) and Mumbai (1.3). While some nations became Islamic through infiltration, others did so through demographic imbalance. It is imperative to implement NRC and expel illegal infiltrators to safeguard the nation.”
