Sawant-Backed Siddesh Naik Courts Votes in Corlim ZP Bid
Cumbharjua: Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, accompanied by Cumbarjua MLA Rajesh Faldessai, rallied support for Corlim ZP candidate Siddesh Shripad Naik in Milroc Kadamba, SFX Colony Old Goa, and Gawat Cumbarjua. The campaign events saw enthusiastic participation from local residents and party workers.
Addressing the gatherings, Chief Minister Sawant highlighted the BJP’s commitment to development and welfare schemes, urging voters to support Naik for the Zilla Panchayat elections. Faldessai also spoke, emphasizing the importance of electing a candidate who understands local needs.
Siddesh Shripad Naik, son of North Goa MP Shripad Naik, is seeking the Corlim ZP seat. The elections are scheduled for December 20, 2025.
