The Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts Hosts a Lunch For Educational Institute Heads
~ The lunch was aimed to strengthen ties with the academic community and provided students with a platform to showcase their skills and hospitality.

Panaji, November 2025: The Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts recently hosted a gourmet dining experience for principals and educators from various institutions at the college in Verna.
The lunch, prepared and served by the students of the Hot Kitchen and Bakery departments under the mentorship of Chefs Pratiksha, Chef Paul and Chef Sameer aimed to strengthen ties with the academic community, while also providing the students with a platform to showcase their skills and hospitality. With representation from higher secondary institutions across Goa, the lunch was a celebration of learning, collaboration and the shared passion for shaping young futures.
Participating institutes included People’s Higher Secondary School, Santa Cruz Higher Secondary School of Arts and Commerce, Vidya Vikas Mandal’s Ramacrishna Madeva Salgaocar Higher Secondary School, St. Thomas Higher Secondary School, Fr. Basilio Andrade Memorial Higher Secondary School, Shivgram Educational Society Shiroda Higher Secondary School of Arts, Commerce, Science and Vocational, M.E.F’s Higher Secondary School of Science and St. Xavier’s Higher Secondary School.
Speaking about the experience, Fr Agnelo Fernandes, Vice Principal, St Xavier’s Higher Secondary School, said, “The meal and desserts prepared and served were truly exquisite. Having interacted with the students and chefs of Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts, I was impressed by the warmth, attention to detail and high standards maintained at the institute.” Trevor Vaz Barreto, Principal, Santa Cruz Higher Secondary School of Arts and Commerce, added, “It was a pleasure to be part of such a special event. The engaging conversations, delicious cuisine and camaraderie created an atmosphere of genuine connection and inspiration. I look forward to more collaborations between our institutions.”
The Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts aims to host a series of such events to strengthen ties with other institutes in the future.
