Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi unveiled the 77 feet statue of Prabhu Shri Ram, made up of bronze and also inaugurated the 3D Projection Mapping Show on the occasion of ‘Sardha Panchashatamanotsava’, the 550th-year celebration of the Shree Samsthan Gokarn Partagali Jeevottam Math at Canacona.
Prime Minister also releases a special postal stamp and a commemorative coin to mark the 550th-year celebration of the Shree Samsthan Gokarn Partagali Jeevottam Math and address the gathering on the occasion.
The ceremony was graced in the presence of Governor Shri Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant , Union Minister Shri Shripad Naik, PWD Minister, Shri Digambar Kamat , Art and Culture Minister Shri Ramesh Tawadkar, Param Pujya Shrimad Vidyadheesh Tirth Swamiji, President of Math Samiti Shri Srinivas Dempo, dignitaries and devotees.
