Pooja Naik, the accused in the scam, alleges she collected ₹17.7 crore from 613 job seekers and handed it over to the trio, including Minister Sudin Dhavalikar, IAS officer Nikhil Desai, and PWD Principal Chief Engineer Uttam Parsekar.
