“TREE FALLS ON HOUSE IN TARACHEM BHAT, SIOLIM; FIRE DEPARTMENT RESPONDS”
Mapusa: : A coconut tree fell onto a house in Tarachem Bhat, Siolim, near the local post office, causing damage to the property. The incident occurred at 10:43 HRS on Thursday.
The Mapusa Fire Department responded promptly to the incident, with a team led by Firefighter Shri S. S. Shetgaonkar. The team assessed the situation and took necessary measures to ensure the area was safe.
No casualties were reported in the incident. The cause of the tree falling is yet to be determined.
