Amit Shah to chair 28th meeting of Western Zonal Council in Panaji on Monday

Panaji: (Sep 5) Union Home Minister Amit Shah will chair the 28th meeting of the Western Zonal Council in Goa’s Panaji on Monday, according to a statement issued by the government.

The meeting is being organised by the Inter-State Council Secretariat of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and hosted by the Goa government.

The council includes the chief ministers two senior ministers each from the states in the western region. Senior officers from the Centre, the states and the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu will also participate in the meeting, the statement issued on Saturday said.
