South Goa Collectorate Earns ISO 9001:2015 Tag for Efficient Governance

margao: The South Goa Collectorate has successfully achieved ISO 9001:2015 Certification, recognising its commitment to maintaining an effective Quality Management System and strengthening its focus on continual improvement in public service delivery.

The ISO 9001:2015 certificate was formally presented to the Collector, South Goa, Ms. Egna Cleetus, IAS by Mr. Santosh Nair and Sheetal Wader of Progressive Management Consultants, who supported the Collectorate in establishing and implementing the Quality Management System.

This achievement marks an important step in the Collectorate’s ongoing efforts towards enhancing efficiency, consistency, transparency and citizen-focused governance.
