Government High School, New Vaddem Students Meet Governor of Goa at Lok Bhavan
Vasco, Goa | Students and teachers of Government High School, New Vaddem, Vasco had a memorable educational visit to Lok Bhavan, Dona Paula, where they met the Hon’ble Governor of Goa, Shri Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju.
The visit provided students a rare opportunity to step inside the official residence of the Governor and interact with him in an engaging session focused on values, education, and public service.
Addressing the students, Shri Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju encouraged them to pursue learning with discipline, develop curiosity, and take active interest in the civic and cultural life of the state.
He spoke about the importance of hard work, honesty, and responsibility in building both a career and the nation.The Governor also answered questions from students on a range of topics, from the role of the Governor’s office to youth participation in nation-building.
The interactive exchange was met with enthusiasm by students who described it as “motivating and inspiring.”Speaking on the occasion, teachers from Government High School, New Vaddem said such visits help students connect classroom learning with real-life governance and instill pride in democratic institutions
