₹7.77 Lakh Worth Drugs Busted in Siolim Raid, 1 Arrested
Mapusa : The Anti-Narcotic Cell (ANC) seized drugs worth ₹7.77 lakh from a rented house in Oxel, Siolim during an early morning raid on August 9. Police arrested a middle aged man and recovered ecstasy powder, LSD blot papers, hydroponic ganja and ganja from the premises. The accused was booked under the NDPS Act and sent to 5-day police custody by the JMFC Mapusa court. ANC said the operation is part of the state’s continued drive to make Goa drug-free.
