Parra Panchayat Honours Academic Achievers, Urges Students to Aim Higher
Calangute : Celebrating dedication and hard work, the Village Panchayat Parra, in collaboration with JCI Parra, held a felicitation ceremony for meritorious students of the village.The ‘Meritorious Students Felicitation Programme 2026’ saw Calangute MLA Michael Lobo Sarpanch Daniel Lobo, Deputy Sarpanch Elsy Lobo and Panch Members honouring students for their excellent academic performance. Addressing the gathering, Sarpanch Lobo said the achievements of the students have brought pride to their families and to Parra as a whole.
