CM Pramod Sawant Leads 12th National Handloom Day Celebrations in Goa
Panaji: Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant attended and addressed the State-level celebration of the 12th National Handloom Day, organised by the Department of Handicrafts, Textile & Coir, Government of Goa, at the Multipurpose Hall, Sanskruti Bhavan, Patto, Panaji.
The Hon’ble Chief Minister also visited the handloom exhibition stalls, where a variety of handloom products and handicrafts created by local artisans were showcased.
Secretary (Handicrafts, Textile & Coir),Nikhil Dessai, IAS; Director, Handicrafts, Textile & Coir, Shri Sagun Velip; Project Director (DRDA), North Goa, Smt. Deepali Naik, and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion.
