Drug abuse shatters dreams, hampers nation’s progress: Goa minister during nationwide campaign
PANAJI: (Aug 2) Drug abuse shatters dreams, breaks families, weakens society and ultimately hampers the nation’s progress, Goa Minister Vishwajit Rane said on Sunday, asserting that Viksit Bharat can only be built by a generation that is healthy in body and strong in mind.
Rane made the statement during the nationwide launch of the ‘Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat Sankalp Abhiyaan’ at Valpoi.
Hundreds of youth in Goa participated in the initiative launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with events organised in Valpoi and Usgao in North Goa.
