FTK Training For Women To Be Completed Across North Goa By August 15

Panaji: The 6th District Drinking Water & Sanitation Mission (DWSM) meeting for North Goa was held under the Chairmanship of Additional Collector Shri Pravin Hire Parab. The committee reviewed the progress of Field Testing Kit (FTK) training for women to strengthen community-led water quality monitoring. Directions were issued for FTK training and distribution to be completed across all talukas in a time-bound manner, with Tiswadi to be completed within 10 days and Pernem & Bardez by 15th August.

Further directions were issued for completion of the Jal Seva Aankalan by 15th August and emphasized the need for an awareness campaign to promote FTK testing and safe drinking water practices.
